ENMEÏ Coach Audition
Submission Pack

We’re searching for dynamic, passionate coaches to join the ENMEÏ team.

ENMEÏ coaches lead with presence, motivate with purpose, and embody our “Built to Endure” ethos. If you’re ready to step into the room with energy, connection, and authenticity, we want to meet you.

Audition Dates: Auditions will only be accepted during Monday Dec 8 - Sunday Dec 21.

Video Submission Requirements

Communication & Presence

Show us how you connect, communicate, and lead without needing to instruct physical movement.

PART A: Explain a Concept (45–60 seconds)

Break down a complex idea in a simple, clear, beginner-friendly way. Examples (choose one or create your own):

  • What does endurance mean to you?

  • Explain progressive overload to a total beginner.

  • Describe a coaching principle using a creative analogy.

PART B: Personality Snapshot (45–60 seconds)

An opportunity to show your presence, energy, and authenticity. Examples (choose one or create your own):

  • A moment where you overcame something challenging.

  • A personal ritual or routine that grounds you.

Please submit a video (maximum 5 minutes) that includes the following sections:

Introduction

  • Tell us who you are.

  • Why do you want to be an ENMEÏ coach?

Coaching Identity

  • How would you describe your coaching style?

  • As a coach, what would you bring to the Enmei community?

Additional Submission Requirements

Please upload the following along with your video:

  • Your CV, including all relevant fitness and coaching certifications

  • Your coaching availability (days/times you can coach weekly)

  • Any additional information you’d like us to know, including ENMEÏ coach references
