Enmei coach audition submission

We’re searching for dynamic, passionate coaches to join the ENMEI team.

ENMEI coaches lead with presence, elevate the energy of the room, and create experiences where people feel challenged, supported, and inspired. If you want to join a team obsessed with results, community, and world-class coaching, we want to meet you.

Auditions will be accepted until Friday, June 5th.

Video submission requirements

Please submit a video (maximum 5 minutes) that includes the following sections:

1. Introduction

  • Tell us who you are.

  • Why do you want to be an Enmei coach? 

  • What about our brand, training style, or community resonates with you?

2. Coaching identity

  • How would you describe your coaching style?

  • What do you believe makes a great coach beyond delivering a workout?

  • As a coach, what would you bring to the Enmei community?

3. Communication and presence

This section is designed to help us experience your communication style.

We are not looking for polished scripts or rehearsed answers. We want to understand how you naturally connect and communicate.

The strongest submissions will feel personal to you.

PART A:  Explain a Concept (45 - 60 seconds)
Break down a complex idea in a simple, clear, beginner-friendly way.
Examples (choose one or create your own):

  • What does endurance mean to you?

  • Explain progressive overload to a total beginner.

  • Describe a coaching principle using a creative analogy.

PART B: Personality Snapshot (45 - 60 seconds)
An opportunity to show your presence, energy, and authenticity.
Examples (choose one or create your own):

  • A moment where you overcame something challenging.

  • A personal ritual or routine that grounds you.

Additional submission requirements

Please upload the following along with your video:

  • Your CV, including all relevant fitness and coaching certifications

  • Your coaching availability (days/times you can coach weekly)

  • Any additional information you’d like us to know, including Enmei coach references
